Here is the difference between the 2 TOMS reports:

  • The regular TOMS report was retitled TOMS Summative Assessments
    • This was the regular TOMS report from previous years

 

  • The Interim Assessments report
    • Per CDE: Historically, one set of CAASPP test settings were uploaded per student and they applied to both summative and interim. In 2019-20 only, if the student is in a summative non-tested grade (not in 3 through 8 or 11) the LEA has to upload a separate non-summative test setting file - that is this report.
    • Includes all Eligible students in grades K-2, 9, 10, and 12.
