All searches can be saved or shared.
To share a search, you will need the permission: Share Searches.
To create a Search
1. Go to the Searches section of the upper navigation bar and click New Search.
2. In the Criteria section, click the Add button to add filters.
3. Click the Search button.

To Save a Search
Once you have your Search Results
1. Click the Save Search icon located in the Criteria section
2. Enter a title and select a Category (if one is not selected, it will be saved as Uncategorized).
3. Add Comments (optional)
4. Click the Save button.

Save and Share the Search
Once you have your Search Results
1. Click the Save and Share icon located in the Criteria section
2. Enter a title in the Save Title text box.
3. Check the box for each user level you want to have access to the search.
4. Add comments (If applicable). Any user who opens this shared search will see these comments.
5. Click the Save Button.
