There are 2 options to bulk remove a Service provider/Case Manager from a group of students.
Option 1:
1. Click on New Search from the Searches section of the upper navigation bar.
2. Enter your search criteria in the Search Filter to find the students that you would like to remove the Provider/case Manager from, then click Search.
3. From the drop down, select Bulk Update Providers, then click the Go button.
4. In the Change From drop down, select the name of the provider/case manager you would like to remove. (You can only remove one at a time).
5. In the Change To drop down, select Remove this Provider option
6. Enter an End Date for the provider/ case manager being removed Please Note: If blank, End Date will default to today’s date
7. Check the box that states, I acknowledge that I will be updating XX students
8. Click the Update button.

5. Check the boxes next to the students you would like to remove and click the Update button
6. Click OK to confirm, then click the OK button to acknowledge the update

1. Click Students from the upper navigation bar and select Bulk Update Providers
2. Select the name of the provider/case manager you would like to remove.
3. In the Change To drop down, select the Remove this Provider option.
4. Enter an End Date for the provider/case manager being removed. Please Note: If blank, Start Date will default to today’s date
5. Check the boxes next to the students you would like to remove and click the Update button
6. Click OK to confirm, then click the OK button to acknowledge the update
