A student will appear on the Unsigned IEPs notice if No is selected for Parent/Legal Guardian/Adult Student Signature in Agreement during the Affirm process.

If the IEP has now been signed, DO NOT re-affirm the Future IEP.
Below are the steps to document that the IEP has been signed, and remove the student from the Unsigned IEP notice:

1. On the Homepage, click on the Unsigned IEPs link in the Follow Up section.
2. Click on the View IEPs icon next to the student’s name.
3. Click on the Current Icon.
4. In the Signature Module, Click Edit icon enter the date the IEP was signed.
5. Update selection from No to Yes
6. Click the Update button.
