How do I search for Infants and Preschoolers with Missing and / or In Progress DRDPs, for the Fall 2024 DRDP reporting period? : SEIS

Create and Share this search to find the students that do not have an affirmed DRDP for the upcoming reporting period, Fall 2024.

1. Click on New Search from the Searches section of the upper navigation bar.

2. Add the following Search Filters:

• Student Eligibility Status = Eligible/Previously Eligible

• Grade Level = Infant, Preschool, TK and Kindergarten

• DRDP Form Status = Missing AND In Progress

• Date of Original Special Ed Entry is between: 07/01/2019 and 10/31/2024

• Date of Birth is between 07/01/2019 and 10/31/2024

• Service Start Date is between 07/01/2019 to 10/31/2024 (Optional criteria)

3. Click Column Options and select Type of Report: DRDP Report

4. Click OK

Please Note: The DRDP report will only pull in DRDPs that have been affirmed for the current reporting period
