Progress Reports are completed through the Progress Summary page. Once all progress has been written, the Case Manager can affirm the Progress Report.
1. Click on the Student IEPs link from the Students section of the upper navigation bar.
2. In the P/R column, click on the Write Progress icon.
3. Check the check boxes next to the Goals you want to write progress for.
4. Click the Write Progress on Selected Goals button.
5. Enter progress for the reporting period.
6. Select Yes, for Ready for PR (only goals marked yes will be pulled into the progress report)
7. Click the Save and Return button.
How to Affirm a Progress Report
Once all progress has been written on all Goals, the Case Manager should affirm. If you are not the Case Manager, you will not see the Affirm/Attest PR button.
1. Verify that all goals are ready for the final Progress Report. This means all goals should have a Yes, in the Ready for PR column.
2. Click the Affirm/Attest PR button. This a will create a PDF copy of the Progress Report, with only those goals marked Yes.
3. Click OK to confirm you would like to create a Progress Report for the student.
4. The confirmation message will appear.
The Date and Time the Progress Report was created will be displayed next to the Print Last Affirmed PR button.
