Per the State SELPA Forms Committee, the Date of Last Annual IEP Meeting field is no longer on the Information/Eligibility page of the IEP. This field is only located on the Dates & Initial Placement page of the Student Record. Since the field can only be updated on this page and is not reported, it may not be updated on a regular basis.
