Yes, you are able to Bulk Add a Case Manager to a group of students. This must be done one Case Manager at a time.

Permission Needed: Make Bulk Changes and Assign Providers

1. Click on New Search from the Searches section of the upper navigation bar.
2. In the Criteria section, select any search filters needed to narrow down your results. Then click the Search button. 
3. From the drop down at the top, select Bulk Add Providers
4. Click the Go button.
5. From the Provider(s) to Add list, select the Case Managers name.
6. Add a Start Date. Please Note: If blank, Start Date will default to today’s date. 
7. Check the box to Make provider Case Manager
8. Check the box that states, I acknowledge that I will be adding providers for XX students.
9. Click the Update button
