Please Note: Not every IEP form is available in Spanish. If a Spanish version is not available, the form will print in English.

There are a few ways to print in Spanish.

From the IEP list of forms:
1. Click on Students in the upper navigation bar.
2. Click on the Student IEPs link
3. Click the Future, or Current icon, depending on which IEP you would like to print in Spanish.
4. To print multiple forms, check the boxes next to each IEP form you would like to print. 
(To print just one form, simply click the Printer icon and skip step 5 below)
5. Click the Print Selected button
6. From the Print Options box, Select Spanish.
7. Click the Print button.

From within an IEP Form:
1. Once you are on the IEP form, click the Print button
2. Select Spanish from the Dropdown
3. The form will be available in your print queue
