An E-Signature package can be created for Affirmed Amendments. 

1. The Generate E-Signature Package button will only display for affirmed Amendments.
2. Navigate to the Current IEP then click on the Amendment tab
3. Click the View/Print icon on the Amendment grid to create an E-Signature package.
4. Click "Generate E-signature package"
   
   

1. Once all signatures have been obtained, click the view E-signed Document button, then a smaller window will appear, click Add Attachment button to have the signed document attached to the Amendment to complete the process
2. Update "Signature On Amendment" to "Yes" if needed.
