If the student is a no show and is expected to receive SPED in another district:

Student would be exited with the first day of school
It could be the date you found out the student will not attend, but using the first day of school keeps things consistent
Exit reason would be 76
Exit Code 76 is not reported to CALPADS so there is no issue with the mismatch of exit dates.
This is the same for any exit reason that is not reported to CALPADS

If the student is a no show but the exit reason is one that is reported to CALPADS:

The exit date would be the first day of school
The student would have to be enrolled in the SIS as a no show
Reportable Exit Reasons: 70, 73, 78, 84
