We take many factors into consideration when scheduling maintenance to the site. We try to minimize the effect this has on our users by scheduling maintenance outside of peak times and normal business hours (8am-5pm). It is imperative that our staff perform these system updates, so that the site functions properly for users. We understand that some users do work late into the evening so we try to limit our site maintenance to only once or twice a month at most.  We provide as much notification as possible, via the log in page and utilizing the red banner, for any upcoming site maintenance and/or downtime.
