The forms should be an exact replication of the E-Signature package that was sent to the signers.
Once the E-Signature package is sent, the forms and Student Record will be disabled for further editing. Once all signatures have been obtained, the IEP/ISP/IFSP would be affirmed. After the affirm is completed, the forms and Student Record will be editable.
