If an E-Signature package expires, you have the option to attach the signatures that were obtained.
- From the E-Signature Follow Up notice, click the Go to E-Signature icon
- Click the View Expired Package button
- Click the Add Attachment button to add the document to the IEP
If the E-Signature package expires and no signatures were obtained, the package will automatically be cancelled and a cancellation email will be sent to the signers. The sender will not need to manually cancel the expired package.
