The TOMS Summative report is available to download in SEIS. The report can manually be uploaded to TOMS or it can be submitted via the CALPADS API portal in SEIS.
TOMS Summative criteria - All Eligible status students, not Exited, even if they do not have TOMS data in their IEP. The report includes students in grades 3-8 and 11 for ELA and Math or grades 5, 8, 10, 11, and 12 for Science. To correct any missing data or blank SSIDs, download the Student file to locate the record. Data should be fixed prior to submitting to TOMS.
To access the TOMS Summative report
From the Reports section of the upper navigation bar, click on TOMS Summative
Click the Generate Report button
The Student Download will include additional columns to identify students
The TOMS Download is in the specific file format required by TOMS
