Transactions are created when the following occurs:
•When an IEP is affirmed (Initial, Annual/Plan Review, Reevaluation)
•When an Amendment is affirmed (Only when specific fields are updated. See FAQ: What is a reportable Amendment?)
•When a student is Exited (except for students exited with a code 76)
•When a students status changes to DNQ/Not Providing services
•When a Pending transaction is created through the CALPADS (student) page
•When Eligibility is updated from Pending to Eligible selecting Option 2 (This option will create a CALPADS transaction that includes a SWDs file with a Status Code of Eligible and Participating)
