There are several reasons why you may not be able to generate or submit a report.

1. You do not have the proper user level account in SEIS. You must have a District level account in order to submit a CALPADS report. If you do not have a District level account, you will need to create one (or have one created for you) under Manage Users.

2. You do not have the proper user permissions in SEIS. You will need the user permission: Generate CALPADS Reports. If you do not have this permission in SEIS, you will need to add it or have it added to your user account via Manage Users.

3. No CALPADS login/incorrect permissions. You will want to be sure that you have a CALPADS account with the correct user permissions. You may need to contact your CALPADS Administrator for further assistance.
